To create your perfect bear it’s always better to have some communication before you send items off.
You can print it out or write all information on paper,
Date and sign it and enclose it with the clothes
Soon after your parcel arrived I contact you for peace of mind and the expected time scale.

At the moment Posting back is only available with Royal Mail and courier service 24-hour service after it’s collected here,
these options can be discussed on request.
I only send with full cover and tracking to be sure that your teddy gets first-class treatment while he travels home during the pandemic.
Prices will be £9 – £12 variating on the weight and covering of your teddy,
