They are sent with a twine cord attached (this can vary), added Beads are optional

Wood grain and colour may vary slightly in comparison to the stock image. As with any laser engraved or cut products, there may be a slight burn smell initially, but this will quickly fade.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations or returns. All personalised and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have an issue with your order please send us a message.

When providing personalisation details, please make sure spelling is correct and no refunds can be given if the details you provide are incorrect.

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address, once an order is dispatched this can no longer be changed and if any of the address details provided are incorrect you will be liable to pay further shipping costs if necessary.

Once an order is sent to your requested delivery address we are unable to intercept this parcel and you may have to reorder.
