Each bear is personally made for you, and each person has special wishes or ideas about how the teddy would look for that reason I prefer to communicate with you before instead of adding a quick buy button.
When you prefer a more custom teddy and add upgrades to your bear.
The bears are various in price and design,
Standard, they come with a satin bow or bowtie and hangtag.
How you would like your bear made is very personal, and you only get one chance to do it right
it’s very important to talk about your wishes and ideas to get a final quote.
It is optional to upgrade your bear.
I can also make your cushion covers simple or detailed, keychains, little heart cushions, etc as upgrades on your teddy.
Start prices:
The mini (angel)bear is £55.00
The 10/13 inch memory bear starts at £69.50
The 15/16 inch memory bear starts at £74.50
The 15/16 inch luxury memory bear £85,00 +
Bears made from wedding gowns or delicate fabric start at £90.00, tutus and dresses are optional
The supreme memory bears are £90.00 – £150.00 (full-dressed bears, beaded wedding gowns, or bears made from mohair fabric, etc.)

Optional accessories like glass-coloured eyes, glasses, waistcoat, cap, cushion, etc on request
Birth weight Memory bears:
2-6 lbs, 1-2,5 kg £110.00
6-9 lbs 2,5- 4 kg £125.00
9-11 lbs 4– 5 kg £150.00
Posting is variating, depending on the end weight and price of the teddy you receive a piece of art and we protect it that way.
While we all are in this Pandemic I only send my bears with courier collecting service to guarantee a safe and reliable service for your valuable Teddys
I am not responsible for lost or damaged parcels but will try to help you with claiming if it ever happens.

the timescale can be 3 to 6 weeks after the clothes arrived before your bear is finished
When you order a bear I can give you a more expected time.
If you have special requests, embroidery names, cushions, or bags, feel free to contact me.
We don’t send remnants back, but please contact us for extra posting costs if you wish them back.
You send the fabric or clothing, 1 or 2 garments are required for 1 bear depending on the size of the garment, and about 8 to 10 preferable 12 items in newborn size baby garments are required
Clothes must be clean, it does not need to be ironed
For peace of mind, I personally recommend sending your parcel via a
tracked method of delivery (such as Royal Mail Signed For or Parcel Force)
You will receive a form (download it here) with all information to fill in and attach to your parcel
you can print this form or write all the information date and sign on paper.
When the clothes arrived I will contact you for peace of mind,
give you an updated timescale, and check out if everything is clear to go.
you will receive an invoice for the total price of your bear(s) including the posting
I will send you an invoice over PayPal.
when you don’t have a PayPal account you can finish your payment with a bank transfer through PayPal or ask for a full invoice for bank transfers
If you prefer bank payment or pay with a cheque let us know upfront. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for custom creations after we receive your garments/fabrics.
It will take longer than 4 weeks to complete a larger order ( 3 or more memory items )
If you have a specific date you need them by, let us know before you place your order to see if we can work with your time frame
Important message BEFORE ordering.
I must make you aware that my memory bears are NOT TOYS and are
NOT designed or made to be played with by young babies/children.
Due to their design, they have small buttons, tags, ribbons, etc that can cause a choking hazard
they are not CE approved or comply with guidelines that make these items safe to be used as a toy.
My bears should NOT be given to any child under the age of 14
If you allow your child to play with this item this will be at your own risk and I will not take any liability for any misuse or accidental damage that may be caused. These items are all handmade on a domestic sewing machine.
I double-stitch all my seams to make them less likely to open and I also stuff them with new,
clean safety approved stuffing that is designed specifically for these types of items
but all items have been hand sewn so may become loose after time. We offer you this service, please use it responsibly.
Refund Policy- If you change your mind at any point before I commence work on your order and after you have posted your package to me, let me know as soon as you can. I can offer you a full refund (Excluding Postage costs). However, once I have commenced work on your item no refund can be given. All items are handmade and the fabric used has been provided by yourself, so it is used and washed so it will have a tendency to tear/stretch, etc. Please do remember this when placing an order. The items are made to the highest possible standard and I would not send anything out to you unless I were 100% satisfied that the item was given the time, love, and attention that I spend on every item no matter how big or small.
Care Advice- Although I use the washable polyester filling for my bears DO NOT wash them in the washing machine or by hand as they will go misshaped. I would recommend using a damp cloth with a little stain remover if they do get a stain or mark on them.
